Qualifying items may be returned for STORE CREDIT within 14 days of when you receive your package. It will be issued in the form of an E-Gift Card that will never expire. The return shipping will be deducted from your E-gift card and we will email the gift card to you!

Items returned that do not qualify will be sent an invoice to pay for return shipping and will be donated within 15 days if we do not hear back.


If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must first return your unwanted item back to us within 14 days. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will send you an invoice for a shipping label. After the invoice is paid we will prepare and ship your exchange to you!

Defective Items:

All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.

Please do not send a return back without contacting us first.

Do we offer return labels?

Yes we do offer return labels.

We can send you an invoice for the return label that you will pay for and then we will send the return label to you. Or we can just deduct the return label cost from you store credit and send the paid label to your email. Whatever option is best for you!

If you wish to purchase a return label yourself at ups/usps please contact us first to let us know you want to return your item.

What if I got my order through local delivery? How do I return my item?

Local Delivery orders are returned the same as a regular order. We will send you a paid shipping label for you to print out and ship the item back to us. The shipping label cost will be deducted from your store credit E-Gift Card. After we receive and inspect the item we will issue a store E-gift card and email it to you!

What if I send my order back past 14 days? 

Item's returned past the 14 day period will be sent an invoice to pay for return shipping and will be donated within 15 days if we do not hear back.
